What are your store hours?
Our store is open Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Kathmandu?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery within the Kathmandu Valley for orders placed before 2:00 PM. A nominal delivery fee applies.
What warranty do your products carry?
All products carry the official manufacturer warranty. We also offer our own extended protection plans for additional coverage.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
